Mobile Home Site Modification Guidelines

for Buffalo Bill State Park 

No construction or modifications may take place until all proper permits, clearances, and approvals have been obtained. Final written approval must be granted by the Cheyenne Headquarters Concession Program Manager. Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails (Wyo Parks) approval is required prior to all modifications to subleased property (except for aesthetic modifications to interiors of mobile homes). • Modifications conducted without proper approval may result in cancellation of the sublease and immediate removal of all unauthorized modifications at the sublessee’s expense. If removal requires expenditure of Wyo Parks funds, then the sublessee shall be billed for any legal costs and the cost of removal. Modifications must comply with all federal, state, and county building codes and permits.
