LAKE OPENED NOW TO ALL BOATING - Sunday 8/7/2016 approx. 5 p.m.

The Buffalo Bill Reservoir has been opened to boating as of approximately 5 p.m. Sunday night.  This is largely due to the rain showers and lower temperatures resulting in aircraft accessing the lake for water drops not being needed any longer.  Thank you firefighters for all of your hard work.Buffalo Bill Reservoir was closed to all boating on Thursday, 8/4/2016 until further notice.  This was so aircraft could safely load water from the reservoir to help with fire control efforts on the Whit Creek Fire located just southwest of the Boat Club.
